Designation of Posts

01.  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS/TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS

Key responsibilities:
Promote and sell Pan Asia Bank’s Consumer Liability products and services

Qualifications and experience required:

  • A target driven individual with good negotiation skills, people skills and able to work under pressure
  • An outgoing personality with a flair for sales
  • Be energetic, aggressive and possess positive attitudes
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both written and oral
  • Should possess at least one year working experience in a commercial bank or at a reputed financial institution handling a similar role
  • Should possess 06 passes in GCE O/L including “Credits” for Mathematics and English, and 02 passes at GCE A/L
  • The ideal candidate should be below 30 years
  • Proficiency in all three languages will be a definite advantage


The candidate applying for Business Development Officer should possess a minimum of 02 years work experience in a commercial bank out of which 01 year was at Trainee Business Development Officer.


02. CREDIT OFFICERS

Key responsibilities:
Visit potential customers as well as existing clients for monitoring purposes
Co-ordinate with Branches in preparation of credit proposals for approval of higher authorities
Co-ordinate with relevant departments to disperse the approved facilities
Identify warning signals of problematic advances and implement remedial action

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum of 04 years experience at a commercial bank or at a reputed financial institution
  • Full/ part qualification in Banking from a recognized professional body or a Degree from a recognized University will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge in credit appraisals, willing to accept challenges and deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An outgoing personality, a flair for public relations and a good team player
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment



03. EXECUTIVE / SENIOR BANKING ASSISTANTS – BRANCHES

Key responsibilities:
Be a performance driven individual with a service oriented mindset
Possess an outgoing personality and a flair for public relations
An excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to take up challenges and deliver results
Ability to work in a computerized environment
Knowledge on consumer banking products and experience in branch operations will be advantageous
Minimum of 03 subjects in Certificate in Banking and Finance (CBF) is preferred
Possessing a full qualification in Certificate in Banking and Finance (CBF) will be an added advantage
A Degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution will be a distinct advantage

The candidate applying for Executive – Branch should possess a minimum of 03 years work experience in a commercial bank out of which 02 years was at Senior Banking Assistant level and the candidates applying for Senior Banking Assistant – Branch should possess a minimum of 02 years work experience in a commercial bank out of which 01 year was at Banking Assistant level.


04. MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – BRANCHES

An excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

Possess thorough knowledge on consumer banking operations and credit evaluation
Minimum of 03 subjects in Certificate in Banking and Finance (CBF) is preferred
Possessing a full qualification in Certificate in Banking and Finance (CBF) and /or, full/part qualification in Diploma in Banking and Finance (DBF) will be an added advantage
A Degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution will be a distinct advantage

The candidate applying for Manager – Branch should possess a minimum of 05 years work experience in a commercial bank out of which 02 years was at Assistant Managerial level and candidates applying for Assistant Manager – Branch should posses a minimum of 04 years work experience in a commercial bank out of which 02 years was at Executive level.

07. AREA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve the set out Asset , Liability and Profitability targets of the branches in the area , by establishing a strong Sales & Services Culture and Customer Relationship Management Processes
Leading, guiding and motivating the Branch Mangers to achieve the set objectives
Accomplish the laid down productivity, efficiency targets whilst ensuring that the branches under the purview (Area) adheres to laid down benchmark service standards
Assume overall supervision of all consumer lending transactions and branch operations of the Area
Manage and nurture a quality credit portfolio of clients which contribute towards achieving the budgeted volumes and profitability with minimum NPA
Ensure monitoring and reviewing of credit, operations, internal and external service standards in a timely manner
Ensure that the branches in the Area, adhere to the bank’s sales, service , operational & credit, policies and guidelines
Ensure Key Cost indicators of branches are curtailed and managed within budgets


Qualifications and Experience required:


Minimum of 10 years work experience in a Commercial Bank with exposure to branch banking , credit & sales out of which 05 years at a managerial level
A Degree or a Professional qualification in Marketing / Banking or Management would be advantageous
Exceptional people management and leadership skills
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
