Designation of Post:- Head of Research and Strategic Planning

Reporting to the managing Director will provide leadership to the Bank's strategic planning and research efforts to create sustainable competitive advantage.

Your primary responsibilities will be to

* Manage and develop the Bank's strategic planning and reaseach capabilities to provide the board of Directors and senior management with infornation and alternatives required to make informed strategic choices

* Manage the strategic planning process in collaboration with the board of dirctors and senior management to formulate the agreed strategic plans

Your Should have

* Minimum five years experience at senior level in strategic planning and research in a reputed company / research organization connected with banking, finace and business

* Degree in Economics, Business, Accountancy, Commerce or Finance from a recognized university

* An MBA or M.Sc in relevant field or professional qualificatin in infornation technology will be an added qualification
