Qualifications
* Degree with Doctorate obtained from a University with 10 years experience
OR
--
* Degree with MA/MSc post graduate Degree obtained from a University and 18 years experience


02. Designation of Post:- Director (Mitigation, Research and Development)

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Agriculture or Geography or Geology or Communications Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Information Technology or Social Science or Natural Science obtained from university

AND
---
* Minimum 15 years experience at a managirial level post at government or State institution with excellent service record.

03. Designation of Post:- Director (Human Resources and Finance)

Qualifications
* Degree in Accountancy / Commerce / Business Management / Management

With

* MA/ MSc degree in the relevant filed or Associate Membership of ICASL / UK/ ACCA

AND
---
* Minimum of 15 years experience at a Managerial Level

04. Designation of Post:- Librarian

Qualifications
* Should have a Degee in Library Science obtained form a University.
