* Degree from a University in the subject field of Agriculture or Engineering or Socialogy or Geography or Geology with a Doctorate (Ph.D) and 15 years experience

OR
* Degree obtained University with post graduate degree qualifications (M.A/M.Sc) and 20 years experience

1.2 Internal Candidates
* Degree from University in subject of Agriculture or Engineering or Socialogy with 05 years experience

Age:- 40-50 years
