Qualifications
External Candidates
* A four years special degree woth a first class /or Second class upper in Science, Agriculture or Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
OR
* A four years special degree with a second class lower in Science, Agriculture or Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with one year experience

Internal Candidates
* A Ph.D degree in the relevant field with a minimum of eight years research experience after obtaining the 1st Degree

02. Designation of Post:- Works Superintendent (Civil)

Qualifications

External Candidates
* National Diploma in Technology / National Diploma in Engineering Science
AND
* Minimum six years post qualifying experience in Civil Engineering

Internal Candidates
* Five years experince as Technological Officer
