Designation of Post:- Branch Managers

Qualifications
* A minimum of 8 years experience in a Bank of which at least 2 years should be in managing a branch
* Degree in Finance / Banking
* Possess exceptional leadership qualities

02. Designation of Post:- Branch Executives

Qualifications
* Possess minimum of 05 year's work experience in a commercial bank out of which 01 year at Junior Executive
* Minimum of 03 subjects in Certificate in Banking and Finance is preferred
* A Degree Advantage

03. Designation of Post:- Branch Assistant Managers

Qualifications
* Posses more than 05 years' Branch experience in commercial bank out of which 02 years at executive level
* Possess full qualification in Certificate in Banking and Finance
* A Degree

04. Designation of Post:- Junior Executive Assistants


Qualifications
* Posses more than 02 years' Branch experience in commercial bank out of which 01 years as Teller
* Possess 3 subjects in Certificate in Banking and Finance
* A Degree Advantage
