Qualifications.
* Officers holding permanent posts in the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service, Sri Lanka Principals’ Service or in the Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service and have a Satisfactory Service of 03 years by 31.12.2012

Recruitment will be made on the results of a structured interview conducted by an Interview Board and according to a Marking Scheme which are approved by the Public Service Commission and on the results of a practical test conducted by an Interview Board approved by the Public Service Commission.
