Qualificaitions
* CA Professional (Strategic Level II) of Sri Lanka ICA and 10 years of post qualifying experience in a Government Department or Corporation

OR
* Member of Sri Lanka Accountant's Service Grade II officer with 15 years's service

OR
* Member of Sri Lanka Audit Superintendent's Service Grade II Officer with 15 years service.

02. Designation of Post: Computer Programmer

Qualifications
* G.C.E A/L Examination in all subjects in one sitting and a Diploma in IT (Duration not less than one year - full time)

* A minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in web based application development in PHP, Java, Java script and RDBMS in MS SQL, MYSQL in the capacity of a computer programmer is required

03. Designation of Post: Electrician

Qualifications
* Should have passed G.C.E O/L Examination in six subjects including Mathematics, Sinhala / Tamil with 3 Credits in not more than two sittings

* Full time electrical course conducted by a Technical College / National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority

04. Designation of Post: Driver

Qualifications
* Should have passed Grade 8 or a higher examination in Sinhala / Tamil / English in school approved by the Ministry of Educaiton

* Should have a lecence to drive all classes of vehicles including heavy vehicles
