01. Designation of Post: Director ( Research & Poly Advocacy)

Qualifications
* Any Bachelor's Degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission and a Postgraduate Degree with minimum of eighteen years experience in the relecant field

Age: 35 - 55 years

02. Designation of Post: Senior Deputy Director (Legal)

Qualifications
* An Attorney at Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Law with minimum of fifteen years experience in managerial level in legal work preferably in Trade or Commerce after enrolling as an Attorney at Law in a Government Department

03. Designation of Post: Senior Deputy Director (Finance)

Qualifications
* A Bachelor's Degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission in Finance / Accountancy and a postgraduate Degree

OR
* Associate Membership of the the Institute of ICASL / CIMA / ACCA and a Postgraduate Degree with minimum of fifteen years experience in the relevant field

Age: 35 - 55 years

04. Designation of Post: Assistant Director Finance

Qualifications
* A Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission

OR
* Higher National Diploma in Accountancy

OR
* Intermediate level qualification of the Institute of ICASL / CIMA / ACCA

with
* Minimum of three years post qualifying experience in the relevant field in a Government Department / Corporation / Board or in a reputed Mercantile Establishment

05. Designation of Post: Assitant Direcotr - Investor Service

Qualifications
* Any Bachelor's Degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission with minimum of three years experience

06. Designation of Post: Fire Officer

Qualifications
* Any Bachelor's Degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission with minimum of one year experience in the relecant field


07. Designation of Post: Computer Operator

Qualifications
* G.C.E O/L Examination in six subjects in one sitting with Credit Passes for four subjects including Sinhala / Tamil, English and Mathematics / Arithmetic / Commercial Arithmetic

AND
* Achieved the performance level required to follow a tertiary education course b passing the required number of subjects other than the General Paper at the G.C.E A/L Examination

AND
* A Computer Diploma Certificate not below National Vocational Qualification level 5, conducted by a recognized Institute of Technological Training in the relevant field
