01. Designation of Post: Engineer

Qualifications
* Should possess a degree in Civil Engineering with postgraduate degree in the relevant field OR Membership of a Professional Chartered Institute and should have minimum 10 Years experience in senior management level

OR
* Should have worked as a Grade I officer in Sri Lanka Engineering Service or in an equivalent level with minimum 8 years experience in a Grade 1 post of the relevant field.

02. Designation of Post: Finance Analyst

Qualifications
* Should possess degree in Financial Management / Business Management / Commerce / Accounting from a government recognized university with postgraduate degree in the relevant field and minimum 10 years experience at senior management level

OR

* Membership of ICASL/ICMA

OR
* Should have worked as a Grade 1 officer of Sri Lanka Accountant's Service service and minimum 08 years experience in Grade 1 of the relevant field

03. Designation of Post: Procurement Specialist

Qualifications
* Should possess a special degree in Business Administration / Accounting, Commerce or any otehr degree with postgraduate degree in the relevant field OR Membership of recognized professional institute, Further following a course of more than 6 months in procurement procedures is an additional qualification and should have minimum 10 years of experience in procurement procedures susequent to obtaining required qualifications

OR
* Should have worked as a Grade 1 officer of an All island service or an equivalent service and minimum 0 years experience in Grade 1 of the relevant field
