01. Designation of Post:- Deputy General Manager (Development)

Qualifications
* Should possess a basic degree in io Science, Agriculture, Business Administration / Management

With

* A post graduate degree qualification (Masters)

AND

* Should possess a minimum of fifteen years experience at a Managerial level position related to agricultural development

02. Designation of Post:- Assistant Manager (Development)

Qualifications
* Should possess a basic degree in Agriculture Science, Plantation Management, Social Science

AND
* Should possess a minimum of one year experience in Community / Human Resources Development related to plantation / Agriculture field
