01. Designation of Post:- Project Director
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in the field of Medicine, Public Health, Business Administration / Management Accounting or any other relevant field with minimum 15 years experience of which at least 10 years should e Senior Managerial Level
02. Designation of Post:- Finance Specialist
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management from a recognized university
* Post graduate qualifications in relevant field would be an added advantage
03. Designation of Post:- Procurement Specialist
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration procurement or a field related to purchasing
* Should have pharmaceutical medical and or public health background
04. Designation of Post:- Human Resource & Compliance Specialist
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university or qualifications of Attorney at Law from Law College Sri Lanka with minimum of 10 years experience in relevant field
* Formal training in human resource management is an essential requirement
05. Designation of Post:- Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Qualifications
* Master's Degree in business or Public health or other relevant field
* Minimum 10 Years post qualification experience
