Designation of Post:- Project Coordinator

Project Area:- Jaffna, Kilinochchi and Hambantota

Qualifications

* University Degree in Agriculture, Management, Commerce, Natural Resources Management or other relevant degree and with at least 7years professional experience

* Proven experience and technical ability to manage grant funded technical assistance projects and good technical knowledge in agriculture, Project management, farmer participation,community participatory approaches and environmental aspects of agricutural development.

* Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills at all levels of project stakeholder groups, including senior government officials, professionals, farmers and communities
