* At least 08 years of post qualifying experience at Managerial level out of which 04 years should be Senior Managerial level

OR

* A Bachelor's Degree which is recognized by the university Grants Commission

* A Post graduate Degree or full membership of a recognized professional institution

Qualifications
* A Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field which is recognized by the University Grants Commission

AND
* At least 06 years post qualifying experience in the relevant field

03. Designation of Post:- Quantity Surveyor

04. Designation of Post:- Technical Officer

05. Designation of Post:- Project Secretary

Qualifications
* Having passed the G.C.E (O/L) examination in six subjects with three credit passes including English and Sinhala / Tamil

* A secretarial course from a recognized institution
