Designation of Post:- Senior Programming Officer

Qualifications
* Civil Engineering Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission

With

* At least 10 years experience of post qualification in Senior Managerial Level in the relevant field

OR
* Civil Engineering Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission

AND
* A Postgraduate Degree or full membershio of a recognized professional institution in the relevant field.

With
* At least 8 years post qualifying experience in Managerial Level

OR
* Class 1 Officer of a Government All Island Services or a similar status in teh field of Construction Project Management.

With
* At least 7 years experience in the relevant field in the Class 1 Post.

02. Designation of Post:- Senior Programming Officer

Qualifications
* A Bachelor;s Degree in Engineering recognized by the University Grants Commission

With
* At least 10 years experience of qualification in Senior Managerial Level with 5 years experience in public procurement including 2 year experience in donor funded projects

OR
* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering recognized by the University Grants Commission

03. Designation of Post:- Environmental Officer

Qualifications
* A Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field which is recognized by the University Grants Commission

AND
* At least 04 years experience in the required area of specialization

04. Designation of Post:- Project Secretary

Qualifications
* Having passed the G.C.E (O/L) examination in six subjects with three credit passes including English and Sinhala / Tamil Language

with
* A secretarial course from a recognized institution or pursuring examinations leading to Chartered Secretary.

With
* Minimum 04 years experience in relevant field

or
* A Chartered Secretary with 03 years experience in relevant field

* Working in a foreign funded projects in an added qualifications.
