01. Designation of Post:- Director - Finance

Qualifications
* A Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Commerce from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission and M.Sc / MA degree in the relevant field

OR

* Corporate Membership in ACCA or CIMA

WITH
* A minimum of fifteen years experience in a managerial post in a Government Institution / Government Corporation / Statutory Board after the acquisition of the first degree

02. Designation of Post:- Secretary

Qualifications
* Acquisition of necessary qualifications as an Attorney at Law

AND

* A minimum of 05 years experience in the relevant field in a Government / State Corporation / Statutory Board
