Qualifications

* Second Class Degree in the subjects of Education, Sinhala / Tamil / English Language, Pubic Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Education Management or Law

* Two Years Postgruate Degree in any of the above subjects

* Minimum 12 years of experience in managerial level in the public sector or semi government organization after obtaining the Bachelor's Degree and out of which minimum of three years should be after obtaining Postgraduate Degree qualifications.
