* Degree from a recognized University with the project management, Economics, Management, Sociology, Demography, Archaeology, Commerce or Fine Arts as a subject

* Three years post qualifying experience in development and project management field in a Government Department / Corporation / Board

Age:- 25 - 45 years

Qualifications
* Having passed the G.C.E O/L examination in six subjects with four credit passes including Sinhala / Tamil Language and Maths

* Having passed three subjects at the G.C.E A/L examination
Age:- 18 - 45 years

05. Designation of Post:- Handicrafts Extension Assistant

Qualifications
* Having passed the G.C.E O/L examination in six subjects with four credit passes including Sinhala / Tamil Language and Maths

* Having passed three subjects at the G.C.E A/L examination
