Qualifications
* Should have obtained a degree from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission in a Subject of Business Management (Accountancy / Finance Management) B.Sc in Accountancy / B.Com in Accountancy or Finance a Post Graduate Degree of the above subjects

OR
* Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA

AND
* Minimum of 15 years of post qualifying experience in the public service
