* Should have passed a minimum of 06 subjects at the G.C.E O/L Examination including credit pass for language and English in one sitting

AND

* Minimum six months Diploma / Certificate course in secretarial practice (English Medium) offer by Government Technical College

Speed
Typewriting 30 w,p,m
Computer typing 40 w.p.m
Shorthand 60 w.p.m

* Minimum three years experience as a Secretary in reputed institution preferably in the financial sector
