Qualifications
* Should have passed the General Certificate of Education (advanced Level) Examination with minimum 3 pass at one sitting

* Should have passed the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) in six subjects at one sitting with credit passes in Sinhala / Tamil & English Language and Mathematics and two other subjects

* Should have minimum one year hands on experience in similar capacity at GOSL / Foreigh funded projects or Cooperate Sector Organisation
