Qualifications
* Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka
* Should be a permanent resident in Western Province for a period of 03 years prior to the calling date of application
* Should not be below 18 years and more than 30 years at the closing date
* Should have passed G.C.E O/L Examination in six subjects with Credit passes for Sinhala / Tamil/ English / Mathematics and two other subjects
AND
* Pass in at least 01 subject at the G.C.E A/L
