* A Degree in Engineering specialized in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of a 2nd Class (upper division) or a minimum average of 3.5 Grade points average out of maximum of 4.0 points or a minimum weigheted Average marks of 75%

* Charter in Engineering with Corporate membership
