Qualifications
* Passed six (06) subjects with credit pass for four subjects including Sinhala / Tamil / English and Mathematics at the General Certificate of Education

AND
* Passed in all three subjects in General Certificate of Education

AND
* Successful completion of a course with duration of not less than 720 hours in computer applications of and Institute recognized by the commission of Tertiary and Professinal Education

Age:- Less than 30 years
