EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7years of Banking experience with at least 5 years of exposure attached to credit functions , preferably in a credit risk monitoring position
- University degree with part/full qualification in Banking/CIMA or related & MBA will be an added qualification
- Experience in credit appraisal and follow-up mechanisms
- Good analytical skills including the ability to understand and interpret financial statements
- Ability to assess threats to the credit exposures while factoring the changes in the credit environment
- Should be a self motivated to take on new challenges with minimal direction
- Strong communication and Inter-personal skills
- Good understand on the overall processes and functions of Banking Proficiency in Computer Literacy A team p layer, with a performance driven and service oriented mindset
