National Apprentice & Industrial Training Authority Calling Applications from Citizens of Sri Lanka for the following Post 

DESIGNATION OF POST:- DIRECTOR (QUALITY ) 

Qualifications & Experience : 

External : ( 1. or 2. below ) 

01.A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / Technical & Vocational Education / Science / Agriculture / Mathematics disciplines which is recognized by the U.G.C. WITH 

Postgraduate Degree qualification ( Masters ) in Engineering / Technology / Education / Science / Agriculture / Mathematics / Management disciplines which is recognized by the U.G.C. OR Associate Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institute / IESL , which is relevant to the above subjects . AND 

Minimum of 15 years of post qualifying experience in Managerial Level in a Corporation, Statutory Board / Institution in the subject area relevant to the post. professional Chartered Institute , which is relevant the above 02. Full Membership of a recop subjects AND 

Minimum of 15 years post qualifying experience in Managerial Level in a Corporation, Statutory Board / Institution in the subject area relevant to the post

Internal : ( 1. or 2. below ) 

1. Having obtained the qualifications required by the external candidates above . 

2. Completion of minimum Five ( 05 ) years satisfactory service in a post in the Manager ( MM 1-1 ) Category Grade I OR / WITH Academic / Research ( AR - 1 Grade 1 ) Category in NAITA OR minimum five ( 05 ) years service in ( AR - 2 ) in the subject area relevant to the post .

Salary : As per DMS Circular No. 02/2016 ( i ) Rs . 80,295 - 15 x 2,270-114,345 ( HM 1-1 ) 

(In addition, government approved Allowances will be paid) 

Provide Transport facilities and Telephone allowance according to the Treasury Circulars . 

Age Limit : Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years ( The upper age limit will not apply to the internal candidates.)
