The Colombo Stock Exchange ( CSE ) is a Market institution licensed under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka ( SEC ) and is the operator of the stock market in Sri Lanka. 

The CSE is a company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Act No. 17 of 1982 . Great Place To Work . The CSE's key focus is the development of the stock market and leveraging on its strength to be a regionally competitive stock exchange. 

Operating on par with international business practices in terms of technology. systems and regulations, the CSE uses cutting - edge technology to provide globally accepted pre trade, trade and post trade infrastructure and systems for the issuance and the secondary trading of listed equity and debt securities . Apart from the growth initiatives that the CSE continues to pursue, the organization remains focused on maintaining a fair and orderly market.

 Designation of Post: Executive Finance

Job responsibilities would include :

• Timely finalization of general ledger entries. Update the fixed asset and inventory modules . 

• Prepare the overnight Repo investment . Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements .

Requirements to apply : 

• Degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized University. 

• Full / Part qualification in CA , ACCA , CIMA or CMA . 

• Minimum 02 years of experience in an audit firm or mercantile establishment .

• Knowledge in Sri Lanka Accounting Standards . Knowledge in auditing and internal control procedures and policies .

• Knowledge in taxation and statutory payments . Proficient in Microsoft Office tools . 

• Hands on experience in using ERP system will be an added advantage .
