Job Profile
* Responsible for provoding IT application support to all internal users in a timely and an efficient manner

* Maintain records, evaluate the reported issues and provide excellent customer service to the end users by obtaining required support services from the development team

* Provide support service to the IT implementation projects

* Co-ordinate and collaborate with sortware vendors, obtain required support services to ensure that ther exceed service levels

* Generate MIS reports related to the area of responsibility

Application Profile
* Degree or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology from a recognized Institute

* Professional / Acadamic qualifications in the field of Finance and Banking would be an added advantage.

* 3 to 7 years of related experience in a Commercial Banking environment
