Designation of Post:- Business Analyst

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* To Provide first/ Second level SAP support within the defined service level agreements

* Test new developments/ configurations and verification

* Train users on SAP functions

* Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers/ administrators, staff and project consultants.

Key Requirements

* Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology

* 1-2 years experience in SAP business support, functional testing and requirements gathering
