Designation of Post:- Legal Officer

Description of Job:- 

Legal Officers to be assigned to the Southern & Eastern Regions of the country to assist in Legal matters of the Bank’s Customer Centers coming within the relevant Regional Offices.

Requirements

Attorneys-at-Law, preferably with a First Class at the Final Examination & Notarial Licence to practice in the Matara & Batticaloa districts. Also a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in notarial and conveyancing work, including examination of title deeds and preparation of title reports, drafting of mortgage bonds, attending court and other related legal matters. Applicants with previous experience in a bank or financial institution will be preferred. A sound knowledge in banking, debt recovery and commercial law is essential.

Age :- Below 35 years.
