Designation of Post:- Management Trainees

Qualifications:

* A Special Degree from a recognized university with a class in Banking and Finance, Economics, Management (Public/Business Administration), Accountancy, Commerce, Agriculture, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Law, Statistics or Valuation

Or

* A Special Degree in one of the above field with a general pass and Diploma in Banking and Finance (DBF) of IBSL or CAB II of ICASL or equivalent

Or

* An Associate Membership of IBSL or passed finalist of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka/Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK /Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK or equivalent.

Preference will be given to those who possess knowledge on computer applications and working knowledge in English/ Tamil.

Candidates who have work experience in the relevant field are also encouraged to apply.

Age: Not more than 30 years as at the closing date of the applications

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done by a competitive examination and one or more interviews. Written examination will comprise with following papers /subjects.
