Designation of post:- Trainee Development Assistant

Qualifications:

* Pass 6 subjects in G. C. E. Ordinary Level with at least 5 credit passes including Mother Language (Sinhala / Tamil) and Mathematics obtained at one sitting.

And

* Pass in G.C.E. Advanced Level with 3 passes (excluding General English and General Knowledge) obtained at one sitting. However, having passed in General English will be considered as an added advantage.

* Preference will be given to those who posses knowledge on computer applications and working knowledge in Tamil.

* Those who are selected for Tamil speaking areas must have working knowledge in Tamil medium.

Preference will be given to candidates those who passes a valid riding licence.

Age: Not more than 28 Years

Selection Procedure

The knowledge of shortlisted candidates will be tested by written examination which will comprise with following subjects/papers.

Subject	Medium
Analytical Skills/IQ	Sinhala, Tamil or English
General Knowledge	Sinhala, Tamil or English

Candidates who meet the stipulated standards at the said examination will be called over for one or more interviews.
