* Having obtained a certificate of proficiency not below than the National Vocational Qualification Level - 6 in Road Bridge or Civil Construction field with at least 08 years experience in Road and Bridge Construction works

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance field which is recognized by University Grants Commission with 3 years experience

03. Designation of Post:- Management Assistant

Qualifications
* Should have passed G.C.E O/L in 06 subjects and have obtained credit passes for Sinhala / Tamil /English language, Mathematics and two other subjects at one sitting

* Should have passed all the subjects in G.C.E A/L at one sitting
